The staff is excellent and super friendly, creating a welcoming environment. Many clients report significant improvements in their conditions. For chiropractic, soft tissue, or Sciatic nerve pain, Body Dynamix is the place to go. Tiffany is an excellent therapist. The office is always clean and the team is on top of their game, building their schedule appropriately for working people. They also support greater health through their partnership with Carolina Weight Loss Institute. Overall, Body Dynamix is recognized for its compassionate approach and commitment to helping individuals on their journey toward a pain-free life.
I found Dr. Shride by way of my family who has been seeing home for well over 20 years. Having never been adjusted before I felt comfortable going to someone who treats my family. Dr. stride knows his stuff and he won’t beat around the bush. I tried another chiropractor prior and they wanted me to pay upfront even while using insurance and didn’t give me options upfront to pay any other way and I felt like that was very constrictive. Dr. Stride’s office does take insurance and they’re willing to see what they will cover before requesting you make a payment upfront. I highly recommend this office. The staff is great and Dr. Shride is top-tier.
I was in extreme back pain after moving furniture and realized I needed to seek relief. I was able to get a next day appointment (I had been a regular patient in 2024). Dr. S. is a miracle worker!! I went from a pain level of 7 (note - I have a high pain tolerance) to a 2 within 24 hours.
Since my visit 6 days ago, I’ve had 4 days of no pain and some periodic pain depending on how long I’m sitting at my desk at work.
I’ll be continuing treatment (I have osteoporosis and want to take the natural approach rather than being loaded up with medications).
Efficiency at its finest.
They build their schedule appropriately…especially for working people that don’t have time to wait !
