We obtained estimates from three different companies, but it was Pavel Sukhenco who stood out with his clear and thorough explanation of the entire project. He guided us through each step of the process, presented photographs of the roof’s damage, and discussed its overall condition with professionalism and transparency. Pavel also provided us with a detailed proposal and contract outlining the installation of CertainTeed Landmark Pro AR Max Def shingles, along with the SureStart PLUS 5-STAR warranty, which aligned with our preferences. Once we signed the agreement, Michael Lentz promptly contacted us to gather further information about our property, and Bobby Lawson, as Production Manager, began coordinating the project to ensure its timely execution. The following day, Jeron Shupe, our assigned Exterior Restoration Specialist, and his crew arrived early in the morning and completed the full roof replacement in a single day. The work was done efficiently and the site was left clean and orderly — the transformation gave our home a refreshed, polished appearance. After a hail storm we had ATD came, they took care of everything for us! Gave us the estimate, worked with the insurance company and there were absolutely no surprises along the way! Very professional and great clean up as well!! I highly recommend ATD roofing!
Had our roofing replaced after some noticeable leaks where coming through. They were very open and helpful with the process of going through our insurance. Once all was approved and scheduled, the crew showed up sunrise day of and where finished in about 6 hours. The grounds were well swept afterwards, minus a few tack nails, and the only way it is noticeable we had our roof recently done was the sign they offered to put in our yard. Jaron was awesome through this whole process and was available to answer any questions we had! Highly recommend this company for anyone in the South Carolina area looking to get their roof replaced!
