Billy is the man! I had the lock on my gun safe changed and he went above and beyond to help me out. About a year after replacing the lock I started having issues with it - Bill was out here the next day and fixed it in just a few minutes, it works perfectly now! We needed a repair to one of our office doors and had reached out to another company. They sent someone out for a temporary fix and said sales would contact me. After a little more than 2 weeks and multiple follow up calls they quoted me $765, on top of the $269 we paid for the 1st visit. I stopped by ASAP for a 2nd opinion and Jeremiah immediately followed me back to the office and knew what the issue was within a few minutes. A few hours later the door worked perfectly, and the TOTAL cost was $144.50. This is how a good business is run. Great Customer Service and Honest work. There is no reason to ever call any other Locksmith or Security company.
