We are a retiring couple who have been involved in building our first home over the past several months. Al was referred to us by our finance guy, and we couldn't be happier. He is an exceptional source of knowledge in the process, plus has also experienced it himself, and has been able to safely guide us through the many twists and turns we've had to negotiate. He goes WAY out of his way, again and again, to help in so many ways. He has even patiently taught me how to make and save pdf files, scan on my computer, organize our change orders-- and so many other things that one wouldn't have thought of, that are required to get this all done. I HAD THE BEST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH AL. FROM THE FIRST TIME WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE EVERYTHING WAS EFFORTLESS. HE TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS AND MADE EVERYTHING EASY. I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER ADVISOR.
This was my first time buying a home and Al made the whole process very simple. He was easy to work with and was ver knowledgeable about the process. I will definitely be working him again in the future.
