Well balanced studio with what I would describe as a more gentle and adaptable level of heat and a versatile and well paced practice.

I’ve been going here for about a month. This studio is just pure healing. It is the least judgmental studio I’ve been to. They encourage play in practice and to love yourself where you are. I have learned so much in my practice and have even had some emotional breakthroughs. The atmosphere is gorgeous, moody, earthy and cozy. I highly encourage the warm mindful yoga for those starting, it is so nice. And then the hot yoga is AMAZING. And the teachers all encourage you to push yourself as much as you want but they are also okay with you taking as many breaks in child pose as needed. It’s just such a healing space. I’m so happy to have made this my yoga home!
Outstanding studio! Took my first class with Dinda and it was phenomenal; she was so welcoming and she tailored the class to fit all levels. I was so impressed and can’t wait to go back!
