Choosing any contractor in south Florida is a scary undertaking. Even after my roofing contractor that installed my new barrel tile roof highly recommended a company, I still needed to do my investigating. A neighbor of mine had used 1st Choice Gutters for a repair and was so happy with them they used them for their new gutters after a re-roof. After having 5 gutter contractors (including 1st Choice Gutters) at my house the decision was easy. I was however skeptical because their price was the lowest. So I read all their 5 star google reviews. I verified they've been in business a long time. I learned that the materials they use are from the same distributor and are identical to what the companies charging much more are using. And, the installers have been with the company for years. The owner Will, was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to be interested in providing a great finished product and exceeding his customers' expectations. I went with 1st Choice and the job is now complete. I absolutely could not be happier. My gutter system is much better than the original system that came with the house The job is flawless and the installers were amazing. I truly am a raving fan. Thank you Will for what you do.
Will and his team were phenomenal! Very friendly and attentive and answered all questions I had. My new gutters look great and they also did a french drain for me due to my side yard flooding and he did it for me before the big storm that was approaching! I appreciated that very much. What a great experience working with Will and 1st Choice Gutters! We moved to SoFlo 4 years ago and it wasn't easy to find quality vendors - Will is high on that list! He was recommended by close friends, where he fixed a mistake caused by manufacturing defect without any issues or asking for additional money. He gave us a very competitive quote (we got 3 more quotes). We are VERY happy we decided to go with Will. His team is great - foreman spoke English well, very friendly and addressed all our asks. Will is very responsive and a good communicator. I didn't have to follow up with him to get the team to come back to address a few small items. Highly recommend!
