“Last month my younger sister past away. I flew back from California to be there with my other family. My son’s used your florist to send flowers. I unfortunately gave my son the wrong address to send them to. Originally they should have gone to Chapin, SC not Great Falls. On the day of delivery I got several phone calls from Ann about no one being at the house. We were all at the house, but Ann was in Great Falls and we were in Chapin. After lots of calls, and Ann attempting to deliver before we knew of my mistake, flowers were delivered next day to house in Great Falls. I want to thank Ann and Buffords Florist for all they did. Ann went out of her why to deliver the flowers. I am a retired florist so I know all that she went to in order for us to have them. She did a wonderful job on the flowers and we enjoyed them immensely and for quite awhile. Thank you Ann and Bufford’s Florist. Would I recommend them, most certainly. I offered to pay the extra for multiple delivery attempts but Ann refused. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement and southern kindness I know to be there. Sandy“
