“This is one of the best tree services I have used. They took down a large diseased tree for me. They were on time, they were fast, they were courteous and explained all my questions. The employee who climbed the tree (Modesto) was very experienced (31 years) and fast. The supervisor (Michaela) kept the job running safely and smoothly. Job was finished when he said it would be finished. Power outage was minimized as he told me as soon as he could when power could be reconnected. (Power was only out for about 4 hours) Dominion power was also fast and easy to work with. In addition, there were no shutdowns due to broken equipment. They use new equipment which does not damage the grass around the stump area. They helped us interact with the city inspector and the power company as a power line ran through the center of the tree. They went the extra mile to get "all" the stump out. Some companies just skim the stump even with the ground level and leave. ( this happened with my nephew. Monster tree service took it down to approximate 1 foot below the adjacent soil surface so that I could construct a new brick driveway over this area. Highly recommended and I will use them again the next time I need a tree service. They weren't the lowest bid but came close to it.
