The person I talked to was super nice and informative. They set up a time and was very prompt. Again both gentlemen I had dealings with were very polite and super nice. It was explained exactly as to what he would be doing, and it was done in a timely fashion . I can't say enough good things about this company and their employees. My appointment was at nine. The technician showed up at nine on the dot. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He told me what he was looking for and showed me in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. He then inspected the garage and explained what to look for in there. He then inspected the outside and told me about how to keep things in the best shape to avoid termites. He was finished in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend.
