Hood's Tax and Accounting Service

Horrible experience the tax lady Kathy is so rude and makes it very hard to want to come back. She needs to learn some customer service skills because I promise nobody would want to come back with her being there.

So I took my taxes here in the past and thought that this was a straight forward business to do my taxes and I was wrong in the past I dealt with Nanette which I assumed was okay until I told her I wasn't paying her 3 timesto do my taxes that I assumed they did upon me closing on my home because i paid them. But it wasn't done so I requested them to be done now listen the first young lady that done my taxes seem lost and had no tax knowledge. And then I was told that someone name John did my taxes never met this guy so how is he doing my taxes so that part lost me!! Do not use them. Their customer service has gone out the window. Once they collect your money don't expect to ask any questions or get any guidance . The daughter that took over is rude and uninformative. What happen to community businesses that cared. Hope the IRS does an investigation on Hood's Tax Service and shuts it down.
