Just picked up my glasses. I'm thrilled! What a happy experience. Every step in my purchase was handled perfectly and professionally. I especially liked the fact that all the staff is trained well in all steps of the sale. If there is an interruption in the process, any other person can slip effortlessly into the process and complete the process. I've been wearing glasses and contacts since I was 18 months old so I feel I'm a good judge of a competinent company. 20/20 has my endorsement and business forever.
The young lady at check in really steals the show here. She is absolutely so genuinely kind and sweet. Those are rare qualities to possess in this day and age. She has a way of making you feel welcome. Dr. Algado was also great, we really enjoyed his personality, knowledge and professionalism.
