I only rated them 1 star because 0 was not an option. I called Spicer on Call out to a rental property that I own for a clogged line and Mr Spicer responded. He was there about 1 hour, did not dig up the tank or run a camera. He poked a hole in the clog, the water went into the tank and he said it was fixed. He charged me nearly $1000. I rent the home to a retired couple. They went out of town for 17 days and on their return, ran one load of laundry and took a shower. Raw sewage backed up into the house. I called Spicer on call again and this time they sent 2 employees out. They dug up the tank, said that the last time the previous person only poked a small hole through....read full review
