Gaston Plumbing was the plumbing company I chose to have a gas tankless waterheater swap out (different brands), and they were absolutely fantastic. Within an hour and half of me calling them, they were at my door and ready to work. They got the job done in around 2 hours, and included a concentric vent conversion from one brand to another. They were super friendly, and reasonably priced. Gave details on the install, and cleaned up after themselves. If you need somone to install a water heater that is family-owned, give them a call!

They quickly responded in the evening for my request for a quote, were clear with requests for the information that they needed, and easily had the best price among the providers that I checked with. They were nice, professional, and courteous, and gave me good advice for taking care of my new system. They made a tough situation much easier than it could have been.

Billy and Paula were an amazing duo. They came to my home without a moments notice to install a new water heater. They were friendly, professional and had me up and running in no time. They hauled off the old unit and installed the new unit quickly. Highly recommend! They were great! Very reasonable too!
