I loved the house and doing business with her, unlike other property managers I have had experience with, could not have been better She was prompt, professional and friendly. She is also a licensed SC property manager unlike many in the area. I sincerely recommend this company.

Lauren was absolutely Fantastic !Quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and a wonderful personality. And she also gave us many resources throughout the process. We stopped in briefly last summer to get some directions and get out of the heat for a few minutes. Victoria was friendly and helpful and gave us her time even though we were not real estate clients. We will definitely look up Going Coastal Realty when we finally decide to leave California and buy our dream home in beautiful Georgetown.
