I am a huge proponent on customer service and time management. We have been to this dental office multiple times for the same tooth and up until today I honestly felt time management needed to be looked at. Today we saw DR BRAXTON and Her ASSISTANT APRIL in the Georgetown office. As I sat there and watched the two of them work together on my daughter to re-cement a tooth I was amazed at how great they worked together and the customer service was amazing! Time Management was perfect because when we arrived they immediately took her back and within five minutes both April, the Dental Assistant and Dr. Braxton were in the room. They both worked closely together to get the job done as a team and never left her until the task was complete! That to me is the ultimate customer service experience! In Addition they were very attentive to her needs and she was happy with the overall experience which is what matters most. Thank you to both of them and I highly recommend them!
