“I came to Ms. Jeanette to get roses to place on my mother's casket at the gravesite. I was just thinking I would grab the roses and pop back out. I ended up bursting out crying and telling her about the events leading up to my mom's passing. She was very sweet for allowing me to talk about it, cry and then also gave words of encouragement.She delivered the roses to the funeral home for me and didn't charge me a cent. I am so thankful and touched. You don't find as many gestures of kindness such as these days“
