I was told my glasses would be back in about 2 weeks and they were back in a we. I think some times they order them and they don't have many and some days are swamped. They ty their hardest.i thnk they have do

I believe that I'm being generous in giving this vision place as many stars as I did. I've been coming here for years! I know the drill! My vision insurance has not changed in a long while. I have never been charged a 15.00 copay for a routine eye exam before today. More shocking than this, the receptionist tried to charge me a 55.00 fee upfront just in case something medical showed up. I told her that I wasn't going to do that! She then said I didn't owe that money unless something more serious than a routine eye exam showed up! It looks like this office is fishing for their customers money! Beware! They tried to fleece me coming and going in spite of having vision insurance and Medicare which along with my supplemental Medicare policy would cover me 100%! . Would I recommend this vision place? Only if you read this review first!

I had a very good experience at this eye doctor. All the staff are very friendly and nice. The doctor and nurse was very thorough in doing my exam. I found some very stylish frame for my price range. The office is very clean and has a good atmosphere.
