I recently had my PC repaired at Upstate Computer Repair and I was extremely impressed with their service. They were able to fix my computer in just one day and the price was very reasonable. The owner, Elton Bates, was very helpful and knowledgeable. After my experience with them, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else for computer work. I highly recommend Upstate Computer Repair to anyone in need of computer repair services. On this review site (Yelp) Upstate Computer repair is an afterthought, but the truth of the matter is that Elton Bates is a genius and if you go to his website (upstatecomputerrepair.com) and link to the reviews there you can see a better picture of how good this guy is. FYI: Dedicated? I got a text message at 12:30 AM (for pickup later in the morning telling me my computer was fixed because they knew I was stressed about it. Slept with a smile on my face.
Elton took in my Dell laptop the same day I called and repaired it quickly for a good price. He even cleaned it and fixed a hinge!His business hours are flexible and he gives price estimates and timeframes before he starts work.Outstanding service provider!Would definitely recommend him to anyone in the Fountain Inn area in need of work on their computers.
I am not going anywhere else! Elton took care of me and went above and beyond what was required to get my machine back up and running. Most appreciated and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thank You!
