The vets are easy to talk to and have shown true love for animals, even going the extra mile to win over a scared and neglected dog.

The staff is helpful, making it a go-to choice for pet owners seeking quality care for their animals. Customers have praised the clinic for its friendly and caring approach, with one reviewer noting that their dog "actually likes going there because he loves them too." Another customer was pleased with the vet's clear communication and fair pricing for their dog's dental work.

The clinic has also been commended for its compassionate handling of end-of-life situations, with one long-time client expressing deep gratitude for the care and support provided during this difficult time. Dr. B and Dr. Heslop are described as a "dynamic pair" who deliver exceptional veterinary services, even if the clinic itself is not the fanciest building.
