I had a great experience today with this company. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and quick to call me back to inform me help was on the way. Scott and Brian were polite and professional and got right down to business. they quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and were on their way. Highly recommend. I will use them again, if needed.
Had my sump pump replaced. Travis was awesome. Completed his work in a very timely manner. Very professional. Great job. Labor price was great. Pump price was reasonable considering how much EVERYTHING has gone up in the last few years! Highly recommend Urquhart Plumbing!
Justen B came out to my home and he listened to my own personal diagnosis. He didn’t shoot me down and was very respectful of my novice work. The issue was the main drain line is clogged. It was backing up into my laundry room. He snaked the drain as best he can. Once that was done and the line was flushed a few times, everything was draining like normal.
We paid the bill and Justen left. I was content and thought it was done.
Went to wash the towels that I had used to soak up the overflowing water, and everything backed up and overflowed again.
