I signed up for the 8 class pass initially and quickly changed to unlimited. I can't rave enough about these wonderful ladies. You feel loved and welcomed the moment you walk through those doors. You can tell they care about you and your well being. My mental health has improved drastically since joining. I feel happier and at peace after each class. You are all amazing! Thank you for all that you do! Join the Soul Lift family, you will not regret it!

Absolutely LOVE SOULIFT! They are very encouraging and inspiring women. The classes I have taken have given me the ability to believe in myself again. Thanks ladies! Ya'll are the best!

I didn’t die! It was hot but I’d do it again! Such a delightful place to go and re-energize. The staff is so sweet and I felt right at home!!! I’ve never done any type of yoga and I promise you that’s something I’m going to change! I’ve done 2 classes now and it’s been the best experience!!!
