Sewing And Alterations in Florence

“Went to have my wedding dress altered a few days ago as it doesn't zip all the way. instead of offering solutions I was told to lose 10 lbs and it would fit. my wedding is in 2 months, I can't risk my dress not fitting. unbelievably disrespectful and rude to say to a prospective client.“

“I was so surprised to read the recent poor reviews written about The Cleaners. My husband and I are new customers and have been very pleased each time we’ve left something to be cleaned. The service, the efficiency and the friendliness of the owners could not be better. Over the years we’ve used different cleaners in Florence and I can honestly say, so far, they have proven to be the best. And on top of that their prices are better than any of the other cleaners we’ve tried. I’m sorry a few people had a bad experience but I really don’t believe their reviews give an accurate picture. I would say give them a chance and then form your own opinion.
