My dentist retired in Hartsville. I visited one other local dentist office but still explored my options. A friend, Regina Polson, recommended her place of employment at the time and I haven’t looked back. Dr. Early, Kim, Lauren and everyone here are very friendly. The place is very clean. I don’t have any complaints. Exceptional service.

Best dentist in town!! Entire staff friendly and very easy to work with. Willing to help any way they can. The Doctor, himself, even called , after hours, to schedule me a root canal with a specialist and it was my first visit to his office. Never received such great customer service or care from a dentist and his staff.

I have been going to Dr. Patterson for several years now. He and his staff are spectacular at what they do! My whole family goes there. My 6 year old just had a couple of fillings and later said that it wasn't bad and Dr. Patterson was funny. They are down to earth, friendly, and affordable. It is a great practice to take your family to and they actually care. Once I went to a dentist and he wanted to charge me 1000s of dollars because the nerve in my front tooth was "dead". They said I needed a root canal on it and then a crown placed over it. And since it was a front tooth, I would need another crown on the other front tooth so that way they would look... read full review
