Professional - Experience - Courteous - Honest = I have taken every BMW I have owned in the last 15 years to Patrick. He is very thorough with his diagnostics and very honest with his billing. He is very timely with his work and returns my cars when he says he will. I found that his repair times run about 1 to 3 days, according to the repairs required. It is understood that he will not accept outside parts, because he cannot guarantee those parts. It is also understood that he cannot give a diagnosis over the phone until he actually diagnosis' the car on his very accurate computerized machine. I purchased a Corvette from a dealer who was not upright with me about the facts of this Corvette and after a few months I started having problems and asked Patrick to see if he could let me know what was going on with it. Unfortunately, there were some major problems that Patrick found and through his experience, expertise and knowledge of Corvettes he was able to get it back on the road and running great.
