Messier C Michael DDS provides exceptional customer service with a pleasant and patient staff. Patients feel safe and comfortable during their visits, even those with dental phobias. The dentists and staff members are kind, friendly, and understanding, taking the time to explain procedures and making the experience as smooth as possible.
I had a great visit, since it have been five years, and the pandemic. Missy did a excellent cleaning on my teeth and Dr. Messier explain what he is going to do on my next visit on 10/10/22. Everyone gave great customer service.
I've been here before, but I didn't remember a whole bunch of my experience other than that he was kind and friendly. I went today for an extraction and the actual process took all of like 5 minutes (outside of the numbing time, etc). Everyone was friendly, calm, kind and made the environment less nerve wrecking. I really enjoyed that I was in and out, too. I didnt have to wait centuries. I was pleasantly surprised at how this appointment went.BONUS: I'm not in pain afterwards.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mike and staff for twenty years and they are by far the most competent, thorough, compassionate, professional, and gentle dental team I have ever experienced.
