I had a great experience working with my tax preparer. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly in a way that actually made sense. They were thorough, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. I felt confident that my return was done accurately and in my best interest. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy tax professional.

Ms Bacote was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, expeditious, and very professional in her service.
Instead of receiving what I thought that I would receive in my refund, I had to give most of it back, but Ms Bacote explained and actually showed me why.
I left there feeling very satisfied and very grateful that I had chosen to do business with M&M Tax service.
I will continue to do business with them, and would highly refer their services to anyone.
