2 appointments were scheduled and for both of those appointments Lushaun was doing another clients hair. I was 10 minutes early at the second appointment and asked how long she was going to be as she was at the sink with another client. I was going to go to my car and charge my phone or walk around while she finished with her other client. I was ok with that. However, I must say she did not like my questioning her as she told me she needed to talk to me about time management.
