The staff seems to really care and they made the hiring process easy. Great listener on the phone help with the application and gave a chance to change life. Very great place, people help learn how to transition into work force. Flagger job received, paid the same day and everything turned out fine. The staff seems to really care and very great place.
Erin is Amazing. She not only goes out and find jobs she also keeps a constant rotation of work for all employees. Stay consistent and I promise erin will find a job fit for you. She does an amazing job at dealing with multiple personalities ethnicity’s and genders . If you’re in florence and your past or lack of experience is holding you back from finding work go to labor finders consistently and your time will come. She’s doing more than what anyone else is doing for us.
Erin and Jordan are very friendly and easy to work with I use them a couple times a month for temp help. They are always early and provide great guys to assist in whatever we need help with. Thanks labor finders
This is a work today pay today type of job. You have to be there by 6 a.m. if you want to work Mon - Fri. They are open on Saturday, but there usually isn't any work. The staff aren't rude and they are very friendly and helpful. I went in at 6 a.m. on my first day and had a job by 8 a.m. There are some days where business is slow. The jobs vary from jobsite to jobsite. They provide transportation to the jobsite but it will cost 4 dollars. Great place, I just wished the pay was higher. Beggars can't be choosers.
