We always use Florence Lock and Key at our restaurants. This time I had an extremely challenging circumstance that they went above and beyond to help me with. I will always call them first. Their customer service is top notch!!!

The lady who answered my call was very helpful and gave me directions. Later, when I arrived the young man was very polite and helpful to me. He even showed me an emblem on my old key that showed it was the original key for my 2001 Mazda. Didn't cost much either. Placed it in my billfold and don't have to worry about locking myself out of my car again. Much Appreciated ?
