I want to thank Mr. Jason and his staff for a outstanding and timely service. No matter the issues my service cause, he and his staff was working in a timely fashion and had a answer for every issue that resulted in a great service. Mr. Jason show patience and confidence as he completed my service in a professional manner. Hopefully I never lock my keys in my house again, but if I do, I'm calling Mr. Jason first or whoever he sends from his staff only. Thank again Mr.Jason from Florence Lock & Key!

Thank God for Mr. Jason young the owner of lock &key in Florence S.C. we called him and he showed up immediately and unlock our car and was very nice to us . With his friendly service he gave us information on getting a code and we went back to him and he made our key with no charge . If you need a key made go to Mr. Young with Florence lock &key you want be disappointed. Thank you very much .

Can't tell you how amazing Jason was. He not only went way above and beyond to save me money getting a key replaced. He also sent code for if i ever need again to save money. Also he waited on me me to get there a few minutes after closing.
