This is one of eight rooms of flooring that we had ECONOMY CARPET SHOP in Florence South Carolina put into our home! They did an amazing job! They were friendly they were professional, they were caring about the work they were doing and the customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend this company!

It has been an approximately 10 years or and I just thought wow where has the time gone and who has helped influenced me along my journey in life. Economy Carpets I was young but had experience in installing flooring. I was new to the florence area. Also I am Caucasian, Not only dis econmy carpets five me a job to help me amd my family . I had a 1 year old amd my wife was prego with our second child. This company treated me like family, They showed me respect they treated me as if i was there own. They were all some. Not only did they treat me well they taught me they wanted me to get smarter, get more exprience, most comoany want to keep you by a rope get you in there frips and make it impossable to go else were and keep you struggling. Thats how alot of small buaaianess make it. Pay there guys very little keep the work were its just enough to get by. Loan money so they have to return and promise them a empty future. This company taught me to be a man to excell at everything you do. Not to be afraid of any obsticle. That all issue can be fixed. With time patience exprience knowledge understanding. Oh also Money. Most people can say that one of the dirst companys they have ever worked for sucked and they regret or wished they stayed in school. They wantes me to be successful and gave me training wheels and when the time came to take them off and i had to move on. They were still there by myside to hwlp me even then. The company as i refer to might be small might not be brand new. They might not wear suits and ties and offer a 99.00 special with a bunch of sercrets and disclosures. But they are honest, i actually went ro work for a xompetor of theres after leaving the company. Guess what they were happy. They even gave me more work if needed. Im not just saying all this to het them more busisness. I havemt spoke to the guys in uears. Every few years travling feom atlanta to beach id stop by say ask about work they say call me ill jelp ya. Awesome guy great xompany. Dont let looks decieve tou fool and sont unserestimate. You mught get surprised. I just wanted to say thank you to the company

This place is pretty awesome. For beginners, they offer both quality products and excellent service. I shopped around the area and found that this place has flooring that meets and excels the standards of any other business in the area. The staff here are extremely professional and courteous. They provide potential clients with free estimates as well as multiple options to meet your needs and your budget. there is NO HIGH PRESSURE selling here. That is a very good thing. Once I decided on an option, the office staff members provided me with multiple dates and times for installation. The most important factor: they worked with me. My schedule is very difficult and they accommodated me without hesitation or delay. The crew arrived on a Saturday (awesome) and they were at the top of their game. They moved my furniture, installed the new flooring and did an absolutely phenomenal job. The guys on the installation crew were a pleasure to deal with. They very graciously met every request I made. And trust me, that was no small accomplishment. The end result was awesome and my house was ready for entertaining family on the same night. I would recommend this place to anyone I know as an excellent resource for even the most discriminating consumer. When an organization can transform a house into a dinner party ready space in a matter of hours on a weekend, then they deserve the official high-maintenance gay dude seal of approval. Mazel tov!
