While they couldn't trim nails for one dog due to her fear of the noise, the staff offered a helpful recommendation for another groomer. Owners appreciate the great customer service and the positive experience their dogs have at the Spa. Many dogs enjoy the grooming services, including hair wash, style, and blow dry, with owners often pleased with the results and eager to return. The Spa also offers a day service where dogs can come to play for the day, as well as boarding options. Staff are known to treat dogs well and are understanding of individual needs, especially for those with sensitivities or fears. Overall, Classy Critters Pet Spa is a trusted place where dogs receive friendly care and grooming tailored to their needs.
Classy Critters is a great place to take your furbabies! My Yorkie had anxiety issues at his prior groomer, and I didn't know what I was going to do. He needed grooming, but I could not stress him out. A close friend recommended Amber at Classy Critters. Amber and myself talked via phone in regards to Coby's anxiety issues. She was very professional and said to go ahead and bring him in and see how he does. She told me if she saw any signs of anxiety, she would call me immediately and we could go from there. As a fellow groomer, I've been following classy critters in South Carolina for years. They are wonderful people who don't deserve to be taken down because of a business in another state with the same name. Please do your research before posting reviews. What you say can really hurt this business when they did nothing wrong.
Today was my 1st visit for a hair wash, style, & blow dry. Had my nails done also. Am very pleased with results & will be a returning customer. Thanks you Classy Critters Spa. DaisyMae.
