Love the employee's at this location. They always have time to make some basic small talk and know their customers by name. Something lacking in today's business world. They never take their customers for granted and always greet you with a smile and state see you again. Why wouldn't you use Nan's Dry cleaning.

If you want your dry cleaning back in good order when promised then do yourself a favor and don't go to Nan's. Go anywhere else. You have about a 35% chance of not having a frustrating experience.

Someone didn't count his shirts properly and needed one laundered. Nan's to the rescue. I was pleased to see that they had a same-day offer in the window. Since it was before 9am (technically, it was 6pm), my shirt would be ready the next day. So I gave them a shirt and my phone number. The next day, I returned at 5:15 PM and my shirt was ready. As is the usual custom with shirt laundering, it was on a hangar and wrapped in plastic. Perfect. No stains, no marks and no wrinkles. Excellent. And my four star review would have ended there, but the next day I got a voice mail from Nan's. They were following up to make sure that my order was perfect and thanking me for being a customer. A small effort on their part, but one that I really appreciated. Thanks, Nan's!
