I would like to reply to a comment that was left about me 10montgs ago. After attending a continuing education course of 8 hours on a Sunday that I paid for to learn knew knowledge to better my career, they brought up that sometimes in your career you will come across a customer who you may not be able to please & to stand up for yourself when it's right . I've decided to do just that . This terrible & negative comment was made by my childhood best friends mother . She has always been very concerned about her outward appearance & hair always looks great . She had spent over $500.00 to a salon in Charleston & was supposed to receive hair extensions & color . I received a phone call after 8:00p.m. On a Friday night frantically upset about not being able to go out in public bc of the bad job , I thought long & hard on whether to help bc of knowing how things have gone in the past but being very caring I did . I went over to her house & looked at her hair & then took her with me to get her knew hair & color . I fixed her hair after spending over 4hours at her house . After 11:00 p.m. I left & she was very happy with the results . I have plenty of pictures of the results . After 4 weeks she needed color . I made accommodations bc she doesn't feel comfortable being in the public . I stayed after work on a Friday & she never showed up for the appointment. Then again I gave her one more appointment she came & received a service which she was very satisfied with . We talked ab personal things bc like I shared , her daughter & I have been friends for over 20 years . I am not sure what dr or nurse who was brought up in the negative review nor did I gossip . I certainly never missed a appointment that was the other way around . I always call my clients if sicknesses comes up with my family or myself . I've been a hairdresser for over 15 years & have never had a client post a negative comment on public media . I know my reputation will speak for itself . But I felt inspired after attending this class to stand up for what is right . Also by all the missspelled words in that review I would assume it was written while under some sort of influence? I do apologize to anyone who had to read that but also keep in mind there were several other reviews on many businesses in Florence .
