I highly recommend Above Grade Services for all your repair addendum requirements when selling your house. Dan and Krista quickly responded to my inquiry with a quote and was available almost immediately to knock these repairs out so we could continue closing on time. In addition, a surprise CL-100 repair came up last minute and Dan was able to come the next day to fix that quickly, all for an affordable price. Would absolutely use again.
I would highly recommend Above Grade Services LLC for any type of home repair whether it be interior or exterior. They also completely remodeled my kitchen, laundry and bathroom floors and did an excellent job. Dan and Krista Hassell are a unique team. Krista handles all the scheduling and billing and Dan and his crew do all the work. I am very pleased with not only the work but also the cost. They turned our bathroom into something to be shown off!! I absolutely love it. They were very understanding of the things we wanted and the questions we had. We will be calling them again when it is time to rip up our carpet!!
