Extremely thurough and professional. I have been using them for the past 15 years. 100 times better than H&R block or the ones you find working in the Walmart stores. And for the price, in comparison, you get back more.

I love my CPA! A friend of mine who lives in South Carolina recommended her CPA John B Lane to me for my tax preparation. I live in California and I'm used to paying California prices for tax preparation. John charges about half of the minimum charge of any CPA firm I've found in San Francisco. I have never had any issues using them from out of state. They have a secure system for uploading documents, the staff responds to emails and calls promptly. No need to see anyone in person. The first year they did my taxes I spoke with John, I explained my situation and he had me send my three prior years returns that I had done with online software.
