I am very disappointed. An install was scheduled for this past Friday on one of my properties. As a GC and house flipper it is very important to stay on schedule. I have sent text messages, left phone messages, and even sent an email and have not received a reply. Just a no-show. I have someone else on the job doing an install right now, very last minute. I’m glad that they were able to accommodate me when Chris didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a call. My plan was to have Chris do gutters on multiple jobs for me but now I am seeing that he is undependable. I have stagers on their way to stage this morning and photographers coming to take pictures to list on the MLS. These black gutters are a make a break on this house... thankfully I found someone else!
