Signed up with Harris Pest Control a few days ago after a not so good experience with another pest control company and would recommend them a million times! Lance was spot on with the treatment we needed! Very professional, thorough and polite! Wish we would’ve used them sooner!
Lance was prompt in letting me know he was on his way to a property I manage. The snow birds were not “home”, so Lance called me and I was able to get him inside without being present or asking him to wait for me to arrive. He followed instructions, super polite, and confirmed the condo was locked and key returned to the lock box. Kudos to Lance for his patience and great communication skills. 5 star recommendation for Harris Pest Control and for Lance! Homeowner is very happy too!
