They perform chimney inspections and clean fireplaces, flues, and fire boxes thoroughly, leaving no mess. They source and install items like wood stove inserts, replace parts, and provide training on proper and safe use. Their staff has fire safety experience. They offer reasonable pricing and timely service.
Kevin did a fantastic job cleaning out our fireplace and chimney. He also will be replacing our screen and door on the fireplace due to ours is broken. Thanks Kevin for the great job!!!
Tip Top sourced and installed a pre-owned wood stove insert when we couldn't find one anywhere. Their customer service and expertise were amazing.They trained us on proper use of the fan and catalytic, checked in later to see how things were going, and made sure we knew how to safely get the best performance out of the insert.And I don't know how common this is, but almost the entire staff has worked for fire and emergency services! Kevin did such a great job cleaning the flue and the fire box. Despite how dirty it was, he left no signs of such a messy job in the house.He came out 2 days after we called and has very reasonable pricing.
