I usually only come here for pedicures, but today I witnessed something very unprofessional. The manager jumped on one of the associates in front of everyone, and you could clearly see how upset she was — she looked like she was about to cry. How is that fair? Then she’s expected to go back to work like nothing happened. That’s not how you treat employees. Do better. There’s a time and place to address issues, and in front of customers is not it.
This place is honestly a great place to get your nails done. They have good customer service and lots of options on color and style. My nail tech Tina is so amazing and always gives me the nails I want.
I have been going to VIP nails & I've always been 100% satisfied. Tina does my nails & she always does a great job!! For the people who aren't happy with their nails maybe the should re-evaluate the choices in shape, color, design you choose.
These guys & girls are working their butts off. Thanks Tina & VIP for always giving me a great experience!!!!
