Everyone and the service is great, better than my son’s pediatrician, (Easley Peds) this is our second time here and we always get treated right away and get better results with the prescriptions they sent us home with. only thing we experience is that their AC wasn’t working and there was an unpleasant smell. They really need to get their AC unit checked out.

Really great urgent care . Service was great . There was very minimum wait time. Practitioner was very knowledgeable and took her time and explained in detail my condition. Front desk staff is also very supportive.

I would definitely recommend going to this family owned local urgent care over other big box urgent care because for those big urgent care you are just a number but at upstate urgent care they treat you as a person .

The entire staff was so friendly and attentive. My doctor, Jennifer (sorry if I got the name or title wrong - I'm sick and disoriented), was the best doctor I've had in a very long time.

She listened to me in full. I felt like she was actually there for me and that she cared about helping me get better. Most doctors make you feel like you're in a revolving door, and they seem anxious to get rid of you. But I didn't experience that here. Especially with how sick I feel, I felt happy to be there.

I hope I don't have to come back for a while, but if I need to, this is definitely where I'll go.
