“I’m a first-time puppy mom, and the mom of an allergy-ridden, anxious, high-energy German shepherd, at that! When my work schedule changed and I was unable to spend my days with my baby, daycare seemed to be the best option. I was terrified that he’d be stand-offish or uncomfortable, or that the staff wouldn’t connect with him the same way I have. Give Me - Paw soothed all my worries and made me feel silly for worrying in the first place! From photo updates on his first day, to expansive answers for my many questions, I know that they care just as much as they claim to. They’re well-versed in his many allergies and his typical behavior. Jester has thrived here. He’s excited at every drop-off and just about drags me in the door. The only reason he lets me get him home is because he’s so exhausted from all the fun and needs to recharge for next time! Even in a pinch, when care fell through while I was out of town, they were incredibly flexible and able to keep him overnight. I’ve always been comforted knowing the staff here truly adore dogs and that they deal in patience and love. We’re moving now, and so incredibly sad to be leaving. My pup will be losing a great number of bonus parents, but we’re so grateful to have spent the time we have in such capable hands!“
“This was our first experience with boarding in our 22 years of having dogs. I've always been too nervous to leave my dogs with someone outside of family/very close friends. Wow - I am 100% over the moon with the experience! I only trusted Heather & Willow Haven after multiple close friends referred her and they were so right to send me her direction. Heather was amazing with communication, sending me pictures and videos, and truly loving on my baby! I didn't look ahead to the forecast and it got super cold in the mornings and she found a coat for him to wear while he was outside. You will be very happy with your doggos experience if you choose Willow Haven.“

“We boarded our lab here while we were on vacation for a week! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and told us about the additional services which we were able to take advantage of. They were able to ensure us of the large kennel sizes, walking time daily, and being fed twice a day like his normal routine. We are glad to find a place close to home where we know he is in good hands and loved!“
