“My yard is standard basic new construction Bermuda, put down late summer and then nothing until this spring. I started going to see Cody early this year for some weed control. That turned out to be the best thing for my yard. Cody is happy to walk you through everything, what is needed and when and how much. He really knows his stuff and is great to talk to.
Cody can help you make a plan for what you want and need, and not the big box store get a bag of basic stuff and drop it down. I wish I could drop off my soil samples with him, and just come back and pickup all the stuff. Got my soil sample done $5, and got Cody the results. The benefit here is you don't waste money on stuff you don't need, but he uses a tailored approach to look at the data and give it exactly what it needs.
Attached are 3 pictures after working with Cody a while. The first was taken on 3-11-26, and the other 2 were taken on 3-26-26. The Bermuda Sod is less than 9 months old and had tons of weeds. If you want results like this, it's not hard. Just go see Cody, you will enjoy the experience and so will your grass.“
