The service has received positive reviews from customers. One customer was satisfied that their son was able to come home after the team helped with a "push-to-start" car key issue. Another customer described the service as the best lock and key service they have ever had, praising the team's promptness, friendliness, and excellent job in cutting the keys for their car. A third customer was impressed by the team's quick and speedy service, even after dark, in replacing their car key fob that had been chewed up by their dog.
Went above and beyond to help me in a pinch. Matt was a stand up guy and his wife was so sweet and helpful. They even offered me a ride to the location; which was more help than they had any obligation to offer to a stranger like me. I would rate 6 stars if I could.
Great job guys. Took about an hour longer then what they originally said with out much communication but when I called they answered right away and gave me a brief update so that was great. So all good. Very nice owners. They were the quickest compared to others and spoke professionally on the phone unlike other companies we’ve called. Thanks again! I would recommend calling them for sure. Ask about how long with your location and give them grace because some service calls they go to before yours may take a little longer then expected which sometimes is normal. God bless.
Lost my car key with transponder. Bennett came out same day and had a new one made in 30 minutes. Prompt service and reasonable pricing. Will be doing business with them moving forward
