Collin was absolutely awesome!!!! I NEVER hurt from anything I did with Collin....during our sessions or afterwards. I had a huge large size bulge at my lower back. I have had it for 20+ years. I was sent to Collin as i had extreme back pain and issues where my back locked up on me. Collin worked with me to strengthen my core and I felt better after each session. In the end, the large bulge on my lower back has almost totally gone away. No one could ever do that through meds or massages. I can continue what Collin has taught me at home and hopefully continue to advance from the awesome work Collin did for me! Thank you!!!!!!! Kim
My wife has been a regular here for months now for therapy after a stroke. The entire staff is wonderful. I know therapists come and go, but our regulars are Colin and Michelle. They put in serious work with her, and the progress she has made in 4 months has been great. They make her work; push her to the limit of what she is able to do. They're definitely not babysitting her, which is what you want in physical therapy, but they're also realistic about her situation and expectations.
I couldn't recommend Benchmark highly enough.
As a plus, the facility is always clean, orderly and taken care of.

The therapist had already looked at the information I’d filled out online before going to my first appointment and was familiar with what extra challenges I was dealing with besides having Parkinson’s. She listened to what I said and adjusted what exercises I should do to get the most benefit. She also told me suggestions for what might be a tendency to do that would perhaps make the exercise easier but wouldn’t help me get stronger.
