Absolutely love visiting this location. It is always super clean, the perfect temperature (unlike others where they give you a free sauna), and the sweetest and most helpful gym manager you will meet. Wish this was my home gym.

Melissa is fantastic person and coach. I'm recovering from my second back surgery in two years, also have bilateraI hip replacements. I feel comfortable with Melissa, she respects the limitations yet encourages me to push myself. Facility is clean, doesn't smell sweaty ?

Absolutely love this gym location. Been going for about 9 months now and seeing some good progress. Thanks to Gaby and Melissa for being an awesome support system, always willing to help, answer questions, and provide their tips and tricks. The other gym members are also a great part of this location. Everyone is kind and respectful, and I've met some good friends through the gym. 10/10 highly recommend.
