Losing weight is the goal. So far I have lost 30 lbs. My persective has changed. This is so exciting for me. Nothing that I had tried on my own worked. The best part is I dont feel jittery and I am sleeping well at night. It takes effort on my part, but it is worth it. Love all of the staff. Very encouraging.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience with AMS! The staff is so knowledgable, supportive, helpful and so friendly! I love this place. I've been going here since January 5th, 2024. I am doing the keto diet. They always answer any questions I have. If they are not sure about something they check into it and then let me know. Every time I am excited about a milestone, they write it in my chart and are excited with me. If I have had a tough week they make sure that I know I am doing a great job. They are patient and very kind. I believe that part of my success in weight loss is the accountability I have with these sweet ladies. I see them every week and it keeps me motivated. I am down 36 lbs.
