The ladies were all so kind during this process! I’ve been told for years to get my eyes checked, and half my family wears glasses. Finally got it done before a trip, came back and a few days later, about a week and a half, I got my glasses. Customer service was excellent each time, and they handled each customer they had with grace and kindness! I notice a good team, and that’s a good one.
I purchased my prescription glasses in April and yesterday I noticed a gouge in one of the lenses. I called & spoke with Kalyn, the Assistant Manager. She made the process of getting a new pair incredibly easy. She was very informative and understanding. Both experiences, in person and over the phone, were so positive.
