America's Best website makes it easy to make appointments online and fill out paperwork; easy to see multiple locations' availability far in advance and to book throughout the week. We generally go to Anderson's location but due to no availability, Easley's location worked out nicely.The Easley crew was a delight from start to finish. There were five of us back-to-back in one family, close to closing, but everyone working there was patient, helpful, and charming. All were knowledgeable and professional but also chatted with us. Exceptional service! Staff goes above and beyond. They make sure to explain what is being done and allow you to ask questions. Appt was on time and completed in a timely manner. Dr. Ferrell makes sure she explains the testing.10 out of 10. Would DEFINITELY recommend getting your next eye exam here!

We were helped quickly and everyone we spoke to was extremely polite. My kiddo had plenty of options to choose from and picked a pair he loved. Turn around time was fairly quick. The glasses were ready in less than 2 weeks!
