The staff is very friendly and Michael is extremely helpful, patient and knowledgable. I had been to a different hearing aid place and felt like I was being pushed to purchase the most expensive thing w no explanation. I was very happy w the information provided at Advantage in a very efficient manner. He hooked me up with everything I needed and instructed me clearly how to take care of my hearing aid. It is such a relief to hear again and I love my hearing aid and I am so thankful I found this practice. I highly recommend.
