“My experience with American Made Windows was an outstanding experience. I contacted Renewal by Anderson, West Shore, and Joyce Manufacturing. I listened to their high pressure sales pitches and received quotes for my window and patio door replacement project. I was shocked at the prices I received from these 3 manufacturers and I decided I needed to do more homework on replacement windows and doors. I found that all 3 of the companies I received quotes from either made their own windows, or represented high quality window manufactures such as Provia and Vytex. The problem was that the pricing I received from these companies were more than what I paid for my wife’s car. (Lexus)
At this point, I had looked at the Provia Endure window and was impressed with the quality of the window. I then began to research who were some of the Provia dealers in my area. This how I found Don at American Made Window. I called Don and he came to my house the next day and took measurements for my window and door project. In a couple days, Don called me with his quote using Provia Endure window. Including installation and trim wrap flashing.
Again I was shocked when I received Dons quote. His quote was half the price of all of the others that quoted, and Don was such a pleasure to work with that I made the decision right then to let Don and American Made Windows handle my project.
About 6 weeks after we signed the contract, Don called and said the windows had come in and they were ready for installation. Three days later his installation crew of Mark and David knocked on my door at 8 am. Mark and David appeared to be very young, and I became a little concerned about them being qualified to perform this project.
As they began the install, it was very clear that Mark and David were very qualified for this project. I watched them intently and I was totally impressed with their attention to detail and the quality of their work.
When I say that my experience with American Made Windows was an outstanding experience, I really mean it.
